Pictopia is a creative event and photography venue located in the heart of Mauldin, South Carolina, built for people who want their moments to feel personal, intentional, and unforgettable. What started as a place for photos has evolved into a space for connection, celebration, and experiences that actually mean something.

Founded by VaShaun J. Pickens and Kimiko Pickens, Pictopia was born out of vision, creativity, and the courage to listen when the people asked for more. Over time, we learned that our guests were not just looking for a backdrop. They were looking for a space that could hold their milestones, their joy, their love stories, their businesses, and their biggest moments without feeling overwhelming or impersonal.

Today, Pictopia offers professional photography services, intimate event hosting, micro weddings, private celebrations, and curated dining experiences for birthdays and special occasions. From elegant elopements and vow renewals to private birthday dinners, brand gatherings, content creation days, and small celebrations, our venue is designed to be flexible, modern, and warm, all at the same time.
